Our goal is to provide an arena to share information, promote communication and provide programs within the community to encourage understanding, acceptance and inclusion. 508-651-8812 FREE Telephone Mediation, Consumer Information and Referrals The CAO Metrowest works in cooperation with the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General. For over 30 years, we have provided free education and mediation services via the telephone to help consumers resolve complaints with businesses. Our Metrowest area covers 29 towns. In addition, we now covering an additional 24 towns. Our volunteer mediators come from a great variety of professional backgrounds. Many have been involved with the office for over ten years. Our mediation is voluntary and informal. We hope to help consumers and businesses resolve their differences without having to go to court. The mediators remain neutral through the mediation process and can provide assistance with additional steps a consumer can take if the mediation is not successful at the end of the mediation process. | |
